Monday, February 20, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at CCI NICE COTE D’AZUR – Salle des Séances, 20 Boulevard Carabacel in Nice, the Real Estate Observatory of the CCI Nice Côte d’Azur will conduct a review of the new and resale market for the year 2011 with all the building act families, discussing the 2012 outlook.
In the presence of elected officials, institutions, and professionals (members of the board of directors of the federations…), Nicolas BOUZOU, economist and commentator on Canal Plus, author of numerous books including “The Grief of the Middle Classes,” will then discuss the measures of the presidential election candidates concerning housing.
Speakers will include: Jérôme RENAUD, elected member of the CCI in charge of Real Estate Housing, Laurent TROCME, President of the Federation of BTP of the Alpes-Maritimes, Olivier CALIGURI from LOGIAM, Cyrille NOTTET, President of the Federation of Real Estate Developers of the Côte d’Azur and Corsica, Pierre LAURENT, President of the FNAIM Côte d’Azur, and Patrick PONCET, Director of Real Estate Affairs of the Banque Populaire Côte d’Azur.
