At the invitation of Yvon Grosso, president of UPE06 and President of Medef 06, and of Honoré Ghetti, vice-president of UPE06 and president of CGPME 06, Jean-Louis Blachier will present his main interventions within the framework of his mission and will answer questions from business leaders in the department who are currently facing difficulties either with the payment terms of public contracts or access to certain public markets. He will be accompanied by Françoise Rouquette, the delegate mediator for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
By a decree dated December 19, 2012, Jean-Lou Blachier was appointed mediator of public markets by the President of the Republic to the Minister of Industrial Renewal and the Minister Delegate in charge of small and medium enterprises, innovation, and the digital economy.
In coordination with the mediator for inter-company relations, Jean-Lou Blachier is tasked with acting as a facilitator for relations between companies and public clients through individual or collective mediation actions, in order to resolve disputes that may arise during the execution of a public order. He pays close attention to the respect of payment deadlines practiced in the context of public orders.
Finally, Jean-Lou Blachier contributes to the good information of companies to facilitate their access to public markets and assists public buyers to ensure that the selection criteria increasingly take into account the overall cost throughout the life cycle of the product, performances in environmental protection, or the quality and innovative character of the offers, which are the strength of French companies.
