For the first time, the 6th edition of the Real Estate Fair will be held at Place Masséna, in the heart of Nice, from March 23 to 25, 2012.
At the stands, the public will find all real estate professionals in one place who will answer questions about buying, selling, valuation, property financing, etc.
Present will be: independent or network real estate agents, regional and national developers, financing organizations, individual house builders, federations, the departmental chamber of notaries… totaling more than 80 exhibitors.
FNAIM Côte d’Azur, the leading real estate organization in our region, with 670 member offices and an annual volume of over 7,000 transactions, is naturally set to participate in the Real Estate Fair.
At its stand, visitors will be welcomed by housing professionals capable of answering their questions about the acquisition or resale of real estate.
Real estate professionals will host three conferences, which will be more relevant than ever to the concerns of future buyers and sellers, providing concrete answers to three questions:
Friday 2:30 PM: The professional guarantees for successful real estate sales or purchases
Saturday 2:30 PM: Mandatory technical diagnostics for selling real estate
Sunday 2:30 PM: Secure your sale and purchase at the signing of the sales agreement
