The two classrooms designated for the operation were already buzzing from 8 a.m. when the editorial conference began under the guidance of Franck Viano. On the agenda for that morning: covering the event through articles, video reports, and photos leading to the articles and the news broadcast you are about to discover.
But first of all, everything had to be organized, and thus from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Stéphanie Bernardi, journalist at Direct Matin Nice, and Franck Viano set up different working groups expertly led by their teachers: Mrs. Schwab and Mrs. d’Ovidio (Issa Lympia), Mr. Dumont (JTL), and Mr. Tournier (Photos). There would be five topics: The Issa Lympia paper journal, its sale by the Segpa section, the Lympia television news (JTL), coverage of the morning, and an interview with Mr. Eric Ciotti.
Armed with pen, paper, camera, video camera, and digital recorder, all the students, whether visually impaired or not, were ready upon the arrival of the President of the General Council and one of his advisors, Lauriano Azinheirinha, and the operation could begin…
We invite you to discover the outcome, not without once again thanking these wonderful budding journalists for a day who, in just one morning, managed to produce a television news broadcast, five illustrated articles, and a fantastic photo gallery. Thanks also to all the teachers, the management with Mr. Dimech, Direct Matin with Stéphanie and Sébastien, and finally the Clémi team composed of Lilia, Jacqueline, and Jean-Paul.
