On Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at 11:30 AM, Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice and President of the Metropolis Nice Côte d’Azur, and Bernard Kleynhoff, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nice Côte d’Azur, will present the first dashboard of the economic observatory of the Metropolis Nice Côte d’Azur.
The City of Nice and the CCI have signed a framework agreement to promote the economic development of the metropolitan area. The two partners aimed to create an economic observatory, with a dashboard to be published twice a year.
A true management and decision-making tool for determining the strategic directions of the Metropolis’s economic policy, this dashboard is a strength for the responsiveness of businesses and the territory. It provides a better understanding of the economic activity data of the Metropolis through more than sixty indicators, grouped by major categories and strategic sectors.
It presents both the structural evolution of the economic fabric, the cyclical data of businesses, and the indicators of territorial development.
