The Nice-Matin survey published this Saturday is hard to accept for the former mayor of Nice, Jacques Peyrat. “Outraged” by his announced 3rd place, he is going to appeal to the polling commission.

vardon-peyrat2.jpgThe regional daily, Nice Matin, published last Saturday an Opinion Way – Fiducial survey placing Eric Ciotti as the winner in the 1st constituency with 46% of the votes, Patrick Allemand (PS) would obtain, if the election had taken place on Sunday, a score of 25%. As for the former mayor, Jacques Peyrat, he would not pass the 1st round with 12% of the votes.

The FN/RPF/Identitaire candidate, Jacques Peyrat, said he was outraged by this survey. He denounces “an attempt at discreditation and manipulation” and announces that he will appeal to the polling commission: “They will have to explain to me how I can drop to 12% where the National Front achieved between 21 and 23% in the last elections!”
