Under a resplendent sun, the second edition of Cuisine & Literature en Fête attracted nearly 10,000 food lovers to the streets and squares of the charming village of La Colle sur Loup.
In a friendly atmosphere, visitors were able to have books signed and converse with the many authors present with ease. Notably, Babette de Rozières (C à vous on France 5) appreciated the enthusiasm she sparked.
“I wanted to make this event a grand celebration around the pleasures of the table. Seeing all these people—visitors, authors, chefs, locals—happy and smiling in the village confirms my idea,” emphasized Marc Brunoy, the event’s creator.
Alain Biles, the chef of Tropézian evenings, offered a red mullet that spectators tasted with delight.
