The association aims to help those in need and to contribute to the fight against exclusion, particularly through food aid and support in efforts toward social and economic integration.
The launch of the winter campaign will take place on Monday, November 25, in the presence of Eric Ciotti, Deputy, President of the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes, Christian Estrosi, Deputy Mayor of Nice, President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and Roger Lanciaux, Deputy Departmental Manager of Restos du Coeur.
In the Alpes-Maritimes department, there are 16 reception and distribution centers, including 4 in Nice. The premises of the Dabray Center, which has 36 volunteers, are provided by the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes. The General Council of Alpes-Maritimes and the city of Nice subsidize the association annually.
The city of Nice provides the premises of 256 m2 free of charge at 50 Boulevard Jean-Baptiste Vérany in Nice to the Restos du Coeur.
