The injunction initiated by Jean Icart and residents living near the tramway aiming at the suspension of the decree authorizing water withdrawals and associated discharges for the tram project will be heard by the Administrative Court this Wednesday, November 27, starting at 9 a.m.
To justify the suspension of this decision, Jean Icart highlights significant issues with the nearby Customs parking lot construction site, which requires, due to incoming water and the necessary pumping that results, a new authorization from the administration.
The appeal seeking the annulment of the authorization decision for which suspension is requested will be examined later.
