The Sidaction association hopes to collect even more funds with the “Solidarity Chefs” operation. This event, under the aegis of Line Renaud (vice-president of Sidaction), launches for the fourth consecutive year a call to restaurant chefs.
The “Solidarity Chefs” operation will take place on October 11, 12, and 13 throughout France. Three chefs from the Côte d’Azur are mobilizing, and the date is set for October 11.
Marc Chevalier from Restaurant au Petit Gari in Nice, Xavier Malandran from Restaurant La Semplicita in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, and Didier Barbier from Restaurant Le Crystal d’Or in Carros will donate 10% of their proceeds from October 11 to Sidaction.
The funds collected will be used for research and prevention to fight against AIDS.
