The 3rd edition of the Trail des Baous will take place this Sunday, October 28th, around the beautiful village of Saint-Jeannet, located less than 30 minutes from Nice and offering sublime views.
The event serves as the final of the Trail Nature 06 Challenge by the General Council (the largest trail circuit in the Alpes Maritimes).
Last year, nearly 400 participants took part in the start and concluded the sport event in a friendly manner.
This year, many new features are planned, including two routes designed to satisfy the largest number.
A demanding 28 km course with 1300m of elevation gain but also a “discovery” route of 16 km and 750m of elevation gain.
It is also worth noting that the sponsor of the event is none other than Sebastien Chaigneau (3rd at the UTMB 2011).
