On the occasion of organizing a screening debate around the film “Water Makes Money: How Multinationals Turn Water into Money,” this *Friday, November 16 at 6 PM at Thรฉรขtre du Port*, Jean-Luc Touly, a former executive at Veolia, a regional EELV councilor for Essonne, and President of the France Libertรฉ association, along with Sรฉverine Tessier, spokesperson and founder of Anticor and author of the book “Corruption: Stop or Again?”, will lead a debate on “Water, Corruption, and Public Management.”

The two speakers will detail their vision of public water policies and will specifically reference the management of the city of Nice with the participation of Mari-Luz Hernandez-Nicaise, municipal and metropolitan councilor.
