This event, showcasing French and international gastronomy, will offer discerning palates a return to authentic flavors, local products, and original ideas for their festive tables.
For many years, this exhibition with its heady aromas has built its success not only on the quality of the products presented through a rigorous selection of exhibitors but also on the diversity and importance of its events.
This year, under the theme “Gourmet Creations,” numerous culinary demonstrations will be held daily by top chefs from Monaco and the Cรดte dโAzur, revealing to visitors the secrets of their prestigious recipes.
A true bouquet of flavors, scents, dishes, essences, and colors to enchant the taste buds, this delightful exhibition will also be rich in events with contests like the “Budding Pastry Chefs” under the auspices of Monaco Goรปt & Saveurs in partnership with Maison Valhrona, “Chef Exchange” under the auspices of the Grand Cordon dโOr and the Technical and Hotel School of Monaco, Slow Food Monaco Riviera Cรดte dโAzur with the “Slow Food Grand Prix,” and the Prix des Chroniqueurs Gastronomiques, which awards wine and champagne producers.
