Municipal Elections La Trinité: Who Will Be the Lucky Winner?

Latest News

In office since 2001, Jean-Louis Scoffié is not running again and has endorsed his first deputy, Jean-Paul Dalmasso. This decision has sparked tension in this strategic commune in the Paillon Valley, and five candidates are set to contest the “heir” for the promised legacy.

latrinite-2.jpg Facing him is Ladislav Polski from Jean-Pierre Chevènement’s Republican and Citizen Movement. This doctor is supported by the Socialist Party and Europe Ecology – The Greens. He has been an opposition municipal councilor since 2008 and a regional councilor for four years.

Another candidate on the left is Adeline Mouton under the Left Front banner. She was a deputy to the communist mayor of La Trinité from 1996 to 2001. She then went through the Regional Council and is currently an opposition councilor.

Also an opposition municipal councilor, Gilles Rainero is running without a label. And for the first time in La Trinité, the National Front has put forward a candidate for the municipal election, Alexandre Mascagni.

During the campaign, these candidates have addressed the numerous issues that constitute the priorities for the residents of La Trinité: transport, the tramway, local businesses, the absence of a community hall, the future of the Anatole-France zone, and relations with the Metropolis…

What will be the outcome of the first round, which will provide valuable insights into (the highly probable) second round?

Which candidate will come out on top? Which list will have the opportunity to sustain itself? In such a case, in favor of which other candidate will it withdraw?

The trio Dalmasso (UMP-UDI)-Polski (MRC-PS-EELV)-Mascagni (FN) is likely to compete for the top position of chief magistrate in what promises to be a highly contested second round.
