10 YEARS, A SPECIAL EDITION on the theme Tomorrow the Company,
with an exceptional lineup of personalities from the economic, political, and cultural worlds.
The business leaders’ services fair will take place on December 8th at the Expo Congress Center in Mandelieu-la-Napoule.
This now essential meeting for economic actors of the Côte d’Azur offers a unique opportunity for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and traders of the Côte d’Azur to gain increased commercial visibility.
This edition will focus on the theme “Tomorrow the Company,” the guiding thread of the plenary conferences, and will feature special activities organized for this tenth anniversary.
Attendance figures: with 1000 visitors recorded in 2002, the attendance curve for the fair has been increasing to reach 2000 visitors in 2005 and has remained on this trend since then.
Number of exhibitors: from 31 at its inception, the number of exhibitors rose to 64 in 2004 and has varied slightly between 65 and 68 since then.
For this special edition focused on the theme “Tomorrow the Company,” the UPE 06 has brought together an exceptional lineup of personalities from the economic, political, and cultural worlds who will speak during four plenary conferences, reserved a dedicated space
for the leaders of the Côte d’Azur economy, and set up specific activities for this tenth anniversary.
The principle: One place, one day to concretely answer the questions of business leaders.
The main objective of offering, in one place and one day, all the necessary information for business management and to provide solutions to development and management issues is accompanied by a more B to B-oriented dimension.
It is a generalist fair where participants can meet on-site various competent interlocutors in management, recruitment, training, taxation,
finances, innovation, quality, or even business creation, in general services to companies.
–Les Entreprenariales move to the west of the department
For the first time, this fair will take place in the west of the department, thus responding to Yvon Grosso’s wish to be present in all the economic areas of the department. “The Expo Congress Center of Mandelieu-la-Napoule is a practical and
friendly space allowing for both exhibitions and conferences, which is easily accessible, near the highway exit,” explains Bruno Valentin, Vice-President of the UPE 06 in charge of communication.

70 exhibitors, among whom are this year’s regular institutional partners such as the CCI, the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, the Region, the Public Employment Service, as well as various stakeholders from the employment world, various associations,
professional orders, numerous private sector actors, and service providers related to the business world. 70% of the exhibitors come from the private sector and business service providers.
Two thematic areas: The aim is to gather, in the same area, several actors who have a key role (public or private institutions, lawyers, experts, banks, etc.), so that each concerned visitor can easily and quickly identify their contact.
A Business Creation Takeover space, bringing together the BPCA, partner of this space, the Nice Côte d’Azur CCI, OSEO, INNOVA GRASSE, the PACA EST Incubator, the order of chartered accountants, the PACA Region, the ARAPL, the INPI, the IRCE, and the ACEC (business management boutique).

- Jean-Marc Sylvestre: the famous economic and financial multimedia columnist will discuss the theme: “Crisis Exit: What Possible Scenarios?”
Sophie de Menthon: business leader, qualified member of the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council, the president of the employers’ movement ETHIC will address a subject that is important to her: “Is ethics compatible with profit?”
-Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux: the founding president of OMEA TELECOM / Virgin Mobile, the true 4th mobile operator in France, is, for MEDEF, vice-president of UNEDIC and PÔLE EMPLOI. He will argue for an enterprising society and present his new

and the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur.

For the fifth year, UPE 06 will dedicate a specific space for students who wish to learn, discover, or deepen their knowledge of the entrepreneurial world, with two highlights from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM: presentation of projects by 3 young creators “5 minutes to convince” and from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM, awarding of the
Enterprise Prize with the active support of Société Générale, at the UPE 06 stand that will reward business creation projects presented by students.
–Two Speed Business Meetings.
In continuation of the Networking Forum, two Speed Business Meetings will be organized in B to B from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM and from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM. Registration required on the website www.entreprenariales.com.
The UPE 06 Stand will reserve an information space on the services it offers, notably Performance Globale 06, ALTHER, the Odyssée card, and a space for presenting the UPE 06 commissions.
