The State, the PACA Regional Council, the Regional Association Hlm PACA & Corsica, the PACA Public Land Institution, the Caisse des Dรฉpรดts, and the Regional Union of Mayors have launched the 2015 Regional Housing Awards.
The aim of these awards is to promote a new image of social housing in the PACA region and to highlight the outstanding operations that have been completed and occupied.
Nice takes center stage with two awarded projects out of the nine selected at the regional level: L’Alpine and Palais Garnier.
These programs stand out for their urban and architectural qualities and their innovative character.
These awards support Christian Estrosi’s ambition to promote the production of housing for all budgets and expectations, whether in social rentals or social homeownership or at controlled costs.
