It’s already been ten years since the fair, created and organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce on the occasion of the Italian Republic Day, opens its doors for its annual meeting, on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice from May 29 to June 1, and offers the people of Nice, the Azur region, and visitors from all backgrounds the best of Italian gastronomy.
Italy at the Table, a gastronomic event, of course… but also a cultural one, allowing, through excellent food products, the discovery of countless other riches of the Italian territory.
Italian producers will directly bring to French tables the best of this renowned gastronomy: From the most typical specialties to the rarest dishes: sweet and savory jams to artisanal pasta, not to mention the very appreciated Italian charcuterie and the rich selection of regional wines!
And because true wealth is what can be shared, the fair is also a place for exchanges, meetings, knowledge, and learning. Indeed, since its creation, a rich program of conferences, workshops, and demonstrations for both young and old has accompanied the exhibition each year, thanks to the passionate interventions of producers and other professionals, both Italian and French, who share a love for good products and cuisine.
The discovery of the Italian territory
Italy at the Table is also an opportunity to better know the numerous territories of Italy, providing information to lovers of the Bel Paese about their offers of stays, tourist routes, and summer destinations.
