Radio Nissa Pantai, in addition to this Nissart rock group that is set to shake the olive trees of Cimiez and rekindle the passion of all “país” lovers, has also curated an attractive program for this Sunday, May 25.
A program that will allow you to fully enjoy this beautiful day with family, friends, or as a couple.
There will be something for everyone and all ages:
- Theater in Nissart by La Chorma Nissarda at 12:20 PM with the play Deman (tomorrow), a bit of optimism…
- A concert by Lo Mago d’en Casteu (St Andreu de la Ròca) at 3:00 PM
- Lou Caireu Niçart and Los Mainatges de Montreal (near Carcassonne) for traditional dance and music.
- Roaming music by La banda daou Paioun de Berre from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM in the gardens and on stage.
- From 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM: Palhasso throwing tournament and Pinhata game.
- At 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM: Puppet shows “The Adventures of Tòni Bouilli, Polichinelle and His Moulinetta” by Serge Dotti.
The CCÒc País Nissart e Alpenc brings back the ancient Game of the Pinhata to the Fèsta dei Mai de Cimier (Nice), a game found in Northern Italy, Spain, South America, and even China (where it supposedly originated).
The Nissarts, full of humor, adapted this game long ago to our “país” by filling the famous Pinhata (a clay pot) with water or flour at times. Naturally, like elsewhere, it also contains candies (organic, of course), balloons, and a few toys. The child is blindfolded and must break the pinhata with a stick (a foam noodle for safety, with the pinhata made of paper).
Children can also send the famous Palhasso high up or far, to prepare for the 26th World Palhasso Championship on January 25, 2015, in St Roch (Nice).
The CCÒc País Nissart e Alpenc will also conduct demonstrations of the Pilo Game, in preparation for the 26th World Pilo Championship in early July in Coarasa, organized by Avanti!
The Mourra dei 4 cantouns will be present at the Nissart per tougiou stand on May 18 to introduce the finger game La Morra.
The CCÒc País Nissart e Alpenc will showcase its itinerant library with books, magazines, CDs, and DVDs in Nissart and Alpenc (òc).
