As every year at this time, organic farmers from the municipal market of St-Laurent-du-Var and the Agribio 06 Association invite all the curious to come and taste a small plate of raw vegetables.
Delicious preparations made from the good organic products of the market – tomato salad with basil, cucumber salad, Nice zucchini salad, grated early carrots and beets – accompanied by a friendly glass of wine.
