Indeed, even Apollo, the iconic statue of Place Masséna, has left its pedestal to go get a season ticket, just like the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi. However, Apollo still hasn’t returned, even though he said he’d be “gone for 5 minutes.” Did he get lost on his way to bask in the sun with the statues of Garibaldi and Masséna? No one knows.
