The truck driver has been neutralized. The truck appears to be in the Negresco / Palais de la Méditerranée area (37 Promenade des Anglais). The Promenade des Anglais was blocked from Avenue Gambetta in preparation for the July 14th fireworks in Nice. The truck forced a police barricade and hit numerous pedestrians. The driver is reportedly neutralized.
