As part of its summer tour, the European alliance Stop TTIP will make various stops throughout mainland France. It will be in Nice this Saturday, September 5th*.
Accompanied by its 4-meter inflatable pencil, it will meet the public to strengthen awareness of the impacts of transatlantic trade and investment agreements (TAFTA, CETA, etc.), and to continue gathering signatures for the European Citizens’ Initiative (ECI).
The latter has reached nearly 2.5 million signatures today and is getting closer to its target of 3 million by October 6th, the official closing date.
