The traditional Christmas meal organized in the schools of Nice allows every year to come together in a festive atmosphere and enjoy delicious dishes.
Chef Ratatouille has crafted with special attention recipes that delighted the taste buds of the 23,000 guests at this festive meal in their canteen, which was specially decorated for the occasion.
It’s easy to get lost among the crispy pie with spinach and fresh goat cheese, heart of lettuce; the duck Parmentier with its creamy jus, Duchess potatoes;
poached salmon steak with “Santa Claus” sauces; and the desserts: Spiced Christmas verrine (Speculoos, pastry cream, syrupy pineapple with chocolate chantilly and Mikado). Clementines and chocolate Santa Claus.
Alongside the children, there were 230 “trafficking” grandpas and grandmas who watch over the safety of children throughout the year at the entrance and exit of the schools.
