In a few months (June 27-28-29), Nice will host the Grand Start of the 2020 Tour de France.
In the meantime, Christian Estrosi presented yesterday at the Mantega school the actions developed for schoolchildren, alongside Amaรซl Moinard, Cyclist, and Fabien Barel, Former Mountain Bike World Champion.
Eleven educational and fun activities are organized so that all the little ones in Nice can fully experience this famous sporting competition!
Some have already taken place in 2019, such as the 2019 Tour de France Dictation (1), the “100 Years of the Yellow Jersey” exhibition at the MNS (2), the official presentation of the 2020 Tour de France (3), while others are ongoing, such as the Cycling License during school hours (4), cycling initiation during lunchtime (5), and the provision of 351 bicycles to schoolchildren (6).
Coming up, the distribution of educational kits “Along the Kilometers” (7), the 2020 Tour de France dictation on April 3, with the presence of Christian Prudhomme, race director (9), the reception of Leisure activities – in April – on the theme of the Tour de France (10), and the Tour de France Contest (11).
Among the activities, there are notably themed meals on the “Tour de France” routes proposed by Chef Ratatouille (8).
