The Lecture Series: The Greeks, the Arabs, and Us: Science and Philosophy

The Mediterranean University Center is launching a major series of quarterly lectures: “The Greeks, the Arabs, and Us: Science and Philosophy.”

It is Roshdi Rashed, Emeritus Research Director at the CNRS and Honorary Professor at the University of Tokyo, who will present the inaugural lecture this Wednesday at 4 PM: “Exchanges in the Mediterranean in Science and Philosophy. The Example of Ancient and Classical Optics.”
