The 130th anniversary of the Lenval Foundation started in March 2018, featuring a series of events for both the general public and the staff.
To conclude these celebrations on a high note, GIE Lenval Services wished to participate in its own way in this symbolic year.
Indeed, the GIE that manages the Lenval company restaurant offered a gourmet menu this Thursday, crafted by a starred chef, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Chef Didier ANIES, Executive Chef of the Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel.
Two other partners graciously agreed to participate in this project:
โข The Paul Augier hotel school, which will provide chefs and servers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
โข The company Elis, which agreed to handle the fabric tablecloths for all the tables in the dining hall.
