As part of the Euromed cities initiative chaired by the City of Nice, Rudy SALLES hosted a Lebanese delegation from the city of Qartaba last week. They sought Nice’s expertise and know-how to develop their Carnival, which takes place every year during the summer.
In order to share the over century-old experience of the Nice Carnival, Rudy SALLES invited a Lebanese troupe to participate in the next edition of the Carnival in 2020, which will have the theme “King of Fashion.”
