For the 2019 edition, there is no departmental demonstration for this May 1st, nor is there a united demonstration. Only the CGT is calling for a march, joined by Solidaires and the FSU.
For the CGT, the announcements made by the President of the Republic in response to the Yellow Vests have not convinced, so now is the time for mobilization.
The demonstration lasted part of the afternoon, starting at the Thiers station and winding through the streets of the city center.
No incidents were reported.
