3 magnificent arctic white wolves from the “Le Domaine des Grottes de Han” park in Belgium were welcomed to Parc Alpha located in Borรฉon.
This transfer is part of a European exchange program between wildlife parks. The 3 wolves are settling into a brand new space redesigned for them, alongside the European gray wolf pack and the Canadian black wolf pack.
This new and young pack, with individuals a little over a year old, consists of 2 females, Greya and Gryda, and 1 male named Freky. They can be seen by visitors from the Pรฉlago watchtower. With the arrival of these 3 new residents, the park aims to reinforce the educational and pedagogical message on Alpha, which also guides its development project.
The park, located in the Vรฉsubie valley at an altitude between 1,500 meters and 1,800 meters, offers an environment and climate more conducive to the well-being of these animals. The new arrivals have thus acclimated very well to their new environment.
