At 10:26 AM, under a bright sun, the last section of Tram Line 2, Port de Nice station, was inaugurated this Saturday with the arrival of the inaugural tram, which left half an hour earlier from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

It will take 26 minutes to cross Nice from east to west. The journey includes 20 stations, four of which are underground, where the speed can reach up to 70 km/h.
