This morning, 20 firefighters were mobilized to respond to an apartment fire at 3 Alfred Binet Street, in downtown Nice, near the Gare du Sud. It was a widespread apartment fire on the 2nd floor of a 6-story building.
The apartment owner was seriously injured and was taken care of by the firefighters and the firefighter nurse present at the scene. The building was evacuated as a precaution.
