Latest News

This morning, at the Maison de la Métropole in Paris, Christian Estrosi, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EPA NICE ÉCOVALLÉE, presented and unveiled the model, visuals, and film of Joia Méridia with the Lambert Lénack agency, winner of the call for projects for the macrolot Destination Méridia. The team is composed of architects Sou Fujimoto (Japan), Cino Zucchi (Italy), Dimitri Roussel, Roland Carta, Chartier Dalix, Anouck Matecki, as well as landscape architect Alain Farragou.

Joia Méridia, a new center that will expand over 73,500m² GFA, will include 75% housing, 12% hospitality and parahospitality, 10% retail and local services, 3% office spaces, and a central parking area with at least 1,200 spaces, of which a minimum of 700 spaces will be shared and accessible to the public.

An architectural reference point but also and above all a new living space, this mixed-use district, with its high-quality usability, will be exemplary in terms of environmental impact.

It is part of the EcoCity and smart grid approach developed by the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur and the EPA in the ZAC Méridia and on the Nice Éco-Vallée territory.
