The learning of hypnosis at A.R.C.H.E Nice

Latest News

Part of the network of the Academy of Research and Knowledge in Ericksonian Hypnosis (A.R.C.H.E), the Nice campus offers solid training focused on modern hypnosis that allows participants to obtain certification as a Practitioner and Master Practitioner in Ericksonian hypnosis.

Hypnosis has clearly been on the rise in recent years, and professional reconversions are booming in the current context. Finding the most serious and professional training can be complicated given the myriad of existing schools. A.R.C.H.E, the main hypnosis school in France and Europe, has been offering high-quality modules on its Nice site for nearly 10 years to those who decide to practice this profession, for caregivers and health professionals who wish to use tools from this discipline in their primary job, or simply for curious individuals who want to discover this art. At the head of this establishment, Jean Duprรฉ, a former journalist, author, and practitioner trained in hypnosis accompaniment and NLP, is surrounded by multidisciplinary experts whose aim is to show students the full breadth of this rich and beautiful discipline.

A training program for professionalization and focused on practice

Everyone is capable of practicing hypnosis provided they know the specific techniques. Since its creation in October 2012, the Nice school has already trained more than 400 students. Through the transmission of theoretical knowledge and the practice of guided exercises, trainees are able to assimilate a set of rigorous and essential approaches and techniques for their practice.

A.R.C.H.E Nice, like the entire network, offers two training cycles (Cycle 1, Cycle 2) to be completed in person: one aimed at becoming a Practitioner and the second at becoming a Master Practitioner in hypnosis. Each student receives personalized support throughout the training, from the beginning to the creation of their practice, with regular discussion and feedback from instructors. Trainees are constantly stimulated to develop their own style of hypnologist and differentiate themselves from others. These trainings are also open to health professionals such as osteopaths, psychologists, doctors, and nurses who seek to improve their skills in accompaniment techniques as a complement to their activities.

Specialization modules to refine expertise in your field

Throughout the year, A.R.C.H.E Nice offers complementary training courses open to A.R.C.H.E practitioners as well as externals to specialize in a specific field. On the Nice campus to date, two trainings are offered. One on the theme of hypnosis and childhood, focused on accompanying children and adolescents in consultations, and another focused on performance and mental preparation to support athletes.

Spaces for informal meetings and exchanges outside of classes

A.R.C.H.E is also a community of hypnosis enthusiasts who enjoy coming together to discuss practice. When the health context permits, A.R.C.H.E Nice will resume its rhythm by organizing discovery days on hypnosis, evenings dedicated to self-hypnosis, and public practices. For the 10th anniversary of A.R.C.H.E Nice, the team is already working on 2022 to propose new projects.

Every year, more than 600 trainees are trained by 32 instructors, all experts in their field, on its 8 campuses in France (Paris, Nice, Aix en Provence, Avignon) and internationally (Geneva, Montreal, Quebec, and Casablanca). A.R.C.H.E is also a member of the union of hypnosis professions (SDMH). A.R.C.H.E is also a research center on hypnosis with its own research team, notably in collaboration with ENS or ESPCI.
