Latest News

Vaccinations began in France this Sunday in a few key cities and regions affected by the coronavirus crisis. Here’s a look back at a historic day.

The informative statistics site CovidTracker has developed a new feature, available since yesterday, that allows you to track the number of vaccines administered in France. Currently, there are 20 primarily elderly and high-priority individuals who have received the first doses of vaccines. The percentage rate is 0.00003%, which is extremely minimal at the moment.

To achieve herd immunity, 60% of the French population needs to be vaccinated. Currently, the only authorized vaccine is the Pfizer-BioNTech (United States and Germany). The European Union has ordered more than 200 million doses so far.

We will keep you updated daily on the progress of vaccinations in France.
