On Wednesday evening, Marjan Kolev’s team faced HAC Handball in their last away game of the regular season.
Even though OGC led during the first part of the match, the game seemed rather close. Scoring eight goals, Ehsan Abdelmalek once again proved to be indispensable.
In the second half, Le Havre caught up with Nice. In the very last seconds of the game, Marie François finally secured the victory for her team (18-19).
Over in Metz, Brest Bretagne was defeated on the Lorraine court (28-25). This loss allows the Nice team to climb to second place in the overall standings, before they host Issy-Paris on Saturday at 8 PM at the Charles Ehrmann hall.
