Diagnoform: Eat, move to be healthier! The students of Marcel Pagnol School are testing their fitness.

This Tuesday at 9:30 AM at Marcel Pagnol School, students from Marcel Pagnol elementary school will test their fitness during the “Diagnoform” operation.

Implemented several years ago, in partnership with the Nice Côte d’Azur Athletics, this initiative aims to raise awareness among young people in Nice about the benefits of good nutrition and physical activity on health.

The students will first take the Diagnoform test, which consists of five workshops measuring their main physical qualities: endurance, strength, coordination, speed, and flexibility. At the end of these tests, they will learn their “General Fitness Quotient”. The young participants will be supervised by trainers from Nice Côte d’Azur Athletics and sports educators from the Sports Department.

At the end of the circuit, each student will receive a personalized certificate indicating their overall fitness level and their main physical quality, as well as a balanced snack provided by Chef Ratatouille.
