Last day in Biot of the 4th Ecocitizen Festival, Les Souffleurs d’avenir, which aims to provide a platform for the numerous initiatives transitioning towards a more sustainable and responsible society.
Highly committed to this initiative, the mayor, Ms. Guilaine Debras, asserts: “At the level of Biot, we also see the citizen as a participant in our action.”
During this annual event, visitors are invited to discover, taste, experiment, get involved… all in a festive and friendly setting.
“The ecological and eco-citizen transition belongs to us and is, today and tomorrow, what we make of it,” says the mayor, who demonstrates her determination: “To not undergo this changing world, let’s become actors of this change to better adapt to it! I particularly believe in an ecology based on innovation, which does not view technological progress with suspicion. Ecology should in no way hinder our economy; on the contrary, it should unleash initiatives.”
This last day, rich and varied in workshops and activities, will conclude in the middle of the afternoon with the show “Les lauriers bio de César” by the company Une Sardine dans le plafond, at the Frédéric Mistral Garden.
