In order to calm the area and avoid transit traffic through this part of Old Nice, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis will experiment with pedestrianizing the southern end of Rue Raoul Bosio starting October 1, 2018, with a new traffic plan.
This test phase addresses the need for security, tranquility, and beautification of this historical district of Nice, which has a high commercial density and is heavily frequented by pedestrians.
