Guest on RTL, Christian Estrosi confirmed the return of masks in public transport within the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
The mayor of Nice and President of the Metropolis announced this morning during his appearance on RTL that masks would once again be mandatory starting Monday, throughout the entire Metropolis, following the signing of a joint order with his colleagues from the MNCA.
Although many residents of Nice welcomed this decision, it is not to everyone’s liking. Indeed, BFM Nice Côte d’Azur learned that the order is subject to an appeal before the administrative court of Nice. The court will now have to determine if this order threatens the safeguarding of fundamental freedoms.
