This brand new space has a dual ambition: to support departmental agents in their learning of digital technology for everyday, effective, responsible, and innovative use, and to be a hub for exchange between local authorities and public sector professionals on best practices regarding digital technology. The aim is to support and provide the necessary resources to departmental agents.
“A more digital administration to better support the people of Maralpins!” declared Charles-Ange Ginésy during the presentation of this initiative.
This attractive* venue will include 4 areas:
– A SMART Store and Collect, dedicated to personalized support and quick collection of equipment;
– A SMART Room, a discovery space for digital innovations offering workshops on current and engaging digital topics, a digital kiosk, and technology demonstrators to implement future uses;
– A SMART Lab, a place for design, creation, and ideation around digital projects;
– A SMART Class, a room equipped for training in digital tools.
This concept will be extended beyond its walls through the SMART Tour, thanks to a multidisciplinary mobile team that will regularly travel to sustainably support users in their digital empowerment and to provide offsite locations with training and digital follow-up.
