The Food Hotel Tech exhibition is being held this Tuesday, October 5, and Wednesday, October 6, at the Acropolis Palace in Nice. We explain what it’s all about.
The Food Hotel Tech is a two-day event where technology and digital innovation dedicated to the hospitality and restaurant industry in France are showcased. The goal of this exhibition is to help industry professionals “decode, embrace, and ultimately benefit from the impact of new technologies in their profession.”
For Céline Risso, sales director at Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel, Food Hotel Tech is a way to “discover what is new in terms of communication with clients and existing technologies, and of course, meet new partners.”
The third Mediterranean edition of the exhibition is expecting 80 exhibitors, 20 start-ups, and aims to welcome 5,000 visitors this year. Additionally, 12 conferences are being offered, with topics such as direct booking strategies and the restaurant industry in the Covid era among the main subjects.
The three key themes this year: tech, business, and conviviality. Enough to attract a good number of visitors.
