The 15th edition of the Dictada Occitana in Nice will take place on Saturday, January 28 at 2:30 PM at the Garibaldi Associations Space, located at 12 Place Garibaldi in Nice.
The author is none other than Cecília Laurenti (born in 1973), a Nissart language teacher at the Acadèmia Nissarda and an actress at Lou Rodou Nissart.
The aim of this event is to restore the prestige of the Nissart language, which is better known for its oral tradition than its written form.
The Dictada Occitana was created in Castres in 1998, and then in Nice in 2003.
