Until Wednesday, 8th at the MAMAC
The MAMAC recreates Mobbile (1970/2017) thanks to the participation of students from the Condé school. The project involves driving a “modified” car through Nice, following a specific route, schedule, and defined timeframe (limited to a maximum of 2 to 3 hours per day).
The city’s inhabitants will witness their enigmatic vessel without any clarification on the nature of the undertaking: scientific experiment, botanical test, or automotive control?
Photographs of the car taken at various stages and in different contexts will document the work and will be exhibited alongside the plexiglass cube at MAMAC in the exhibition.
