The 221 students and the educational community of the Saint Joseph Institute primary school will begin working from today in the best conditions.
Most of the primary school classes, previously located in rundown buildings now demolished, have been set up on the ground floor and first floor of a two-building complex constructed between July 2015 and December 2016.
The elementary schoolyard, located next to the new buildings, has been renovated, and green spaces have been created.
The complex also includes 38 housing units, 8 of which are social rental housing.
In 2016, more than 5 million euros in aid were granted, benefiting 4,058 private school students. The Saint Joseph Institute received a communal grant of nearly 248,000 euros this year.
