A gastronomic event is set to take place at the “Baie des Anges” restaurant this Tuesday.
The students of the hotel school in Nice are coming together to help repair the material and psychological damages after the attack on July 14th last year.
For one evening, the most renowned names in Côte d’Azur cuisine will be present in the kitchen to guide them. Similarly, the head waiters from top restaurants will assist them in serving an exceptional menu in the grand tradition of French gastronomy.
For these two institutions, the students of the Paul-Augier Hotel and Tourism School have decided to unite by organizing a charity gala this Wednesday, March 22nd. Particularly moved by the tragedy of July 14th, they wanted to contribute their part… And to do this, they have rallied chefs.
Chefs of today and tomorrow. That is the title. And it says it all: the young talents are partnering with well-known chefs in the culinary world. All of this under the presidency of Yves Thuries, a “Meilleur Ouvrier de France.”
