It’s a first in the Alpes-Maritimes: from April 1st to May 1st, five cities will participate in the first garden festival, with the theme of awakening the senses.
It is an initiative by the Alpes-Maritimes department, which has decided to celebrate the invaluable heritage of gardens.
Julie DEPARDIEU, the sponsor and president of the jury, will have the honor of choosing the winner.
From April 1st to May 1st, it will be an opportunity to enjoy a festival of nature, scents, and colors on the theme of Awakening the Senses.
An IN festival with 10 ephemeral gardens competing in Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Menton, and Nice, and an OFF festival with more than 200 activities for both young and old throughout the region.
The ephemeral gardens are spread across five key gardening cities, each hosting two.

CANNES: Garden of Villa Rothschild
GRASSE: Garden of Villa Fragonard
NICE: Albert 1er Garden on the Promenade du Paillon
MENTON: Biovès Garden
Throughout the festival, numerous free activities are offered in Nice: a small train tour, an exhibition “I am cool & green” by Catherine Caroff, Relaxation in the Garden workshops for adults and children, theater, music, a vintage carousel, under the theme of Nature and Biodiversity, encounters with the mid and high countryside through performances or even gardening workshops…
