Casting extras in Nice and Monaco for “Les Arènes”

For the feature film directed by Camille Perton, the production is looking for extras in the region. 

With Sofian Khammes and Edgar Ramírez starring, the director is pulling out all the stops. The former made a name for himself in “Chouf” before confirming his talent in “Mes frères et moi,” “Sentinelle sud,” or the currently airing series “B.R.I” on Canal +. The latter is, quite simply, a big screen star. At 46, the Venezuelan has a well-established career with roles in international productions such as “Point Break,” “Cuban Network,” and more recently, “Florida Man.” 

The synopsis of “Les Arènes” follows the character of Brahim, a promising young football player, who is about to sign his first professional contract in Lyon, his club, his city. But the emergence of a powerful foreign agent changes everything. Brahim then embarks on a race against time in the transfer market, the mercato, where anything goes…

Extras in Nice and Monaco

Nice: espresso machine operators, servers, and also individuals to portray customers at a chic restaurant. 

Monaco: servers, valets, and also a couple, between 30 and 60 years old, for a scene in a hotel. 

Access to the casting is, of course, free. You must live less than an hour from the filming locations, and the compensation is at the standard union rate of 107 euros gross per day. Filming is expected to take place in November.
