The prestigious setting of the Opéra foyer will serve as a showcase for eight internationally renowned artists who have put together a program of incredible richness for the benefit of the Friends of Lacassagne association.
Never since the Association of the Friends of LACASSAGNE has been producing charitable events has there been such a large lineup of celebrities.
BELLINI, CILEA, DELIBES. GERSHWIN, GOUNOD, HERMAN, LEONCAVALLO,
MOZART, OFFENBACH, PUCCINI, SONDHEIM, VERDI and to give the vocal cords a rest, under the fingers of François-René DUCHÂBLE, LISZT, for paraphrases of ROSSINI and VERDI.
This selection of great opera and operetta arias will be performed by Amy BLAKE, Aude FABRE, Sandrine SUTTER, Christine TOCCI, Florian CAFERIO,
and David MAYER.
Richard RITTELMANN, the manager of the operation, who deserves credit for this mobilization, has secured the participation of concert pianist François-René DUCHÂBLE.
Unfortunately, due to limited seating, this performance will remain exclusive. Therefore, we urge music lovers to reserve without delay, as tickets will be scarce; a maximum of 120 seats!
“The funds from this Concert, organized as part of our 2017 and 2018 action, will be donated to the Antoine-LACASSAGNE Center, which allocates them to the ongoing project, namely, the rehabilitation of the tunnel connecting buildings A and B of the institution, passing under Avenue de Valombrose,” explains Michèle Boucoiran, president of the association.
As part of this project, the Association has secured the participation of Nice-based artist SYLVIE T, who will soon hang a selection of her works on the freshly repainted walls and ceiling of the project.
