The legislative elections brought victories: Alexandra Ardisson-Valetta, Cรฉdric Roussel, and Loรฏc Dombreval, the candidate from LREM-MoDem.
“These are very good news, and it shows that even in the Alpes-Maritimes, nothing is set in stone,” says Fabien Bรฉnard, president of MoDem 06.
He completes his analysis with hope: “A new era is opening up for us. Our action with the alliance of the Democratic Movement and En Marche has allowed us to open another door for our society, with men and women who will put their energy into acting rather than enduring!”
But this alliance had supported 5 other candidates in the second round… “The other candidates have not disappointed. They ran very good campaigns,” is his comment, before saying, “We have all won against the extreme right, but not against the Extreme Right!”
As for the future… “We will play an active role in the local public debate” is his commitment.
