Come participate in the “Handi VTT 06” week, organized by the Alpes-Maritimes department, for three sports days.
From May 30 to June 2, 2024, the Alpes-Maritimes Department, in partnership with the Committee Handisport06, is organizing the second edition of the “Handi VTT 06” week. The aim is to promote integration, contribute to overcoming disabilities, and help with their acceptance by everyone.
Through the “Handi VTT 06” initiative, the goal is to allow associations and individuals to enjoy sports days with mountain biking. For this purpose, the Department provides all-terrain wheelchairs, along with a pilot for each wheelchair, to enable participation on all routes.
Program:
During this week, four dates and routes are offered:
- May 30, 2024: Excursion departing from Sospel towards Col de Braus (full day); FULLY BOOKED
- May 31, 2024: Excursion departing from Saint-Vallier de Thiery towards Escragnolles (full day); FULLY BOOKED
- June 1, 2024: As part of Vélo-Bistrot, Excursion departing from Mandelieu-la-Napoule towards Tanneron (half-day);
- June 2, 2024: As part of the “Jeux de Sophia”, Excursion departing from Mandelieu-la-Napoule towards Tanneron (half-day).
